TERMS AND CONDITION

GENERAL
Ryan has the full right to decline request for any reason(s) whether if its specified or not.
Reference Tracks and Descriptions are definitely allowed and are recommended when discussing with Ryan about the instrumental.
Work created by Ryan MUST NOT be resold/redistributed.
Wherever my work is used, It must be clearly credited/attributed (Examples : "Music by Ryan The Guitarist" or "Music, Mix, and Master by Ryan The Guitarist").REVISIONS
Ryan accepts 5 revisions, Ryan will send (roughly) weekly updates regarding the progress and will ask if there are any revisions required.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
I accept a 50% or 100% Up-Front Payment for securing the request. 100% Payments are non-refundable, 50% Payment with 50% progress are refundable. Payments are done only via VGen, Paypal, and via Yorukaze Studio.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Minimum Deadline is: 1 MONTH.
Ryan cannot work on deadlines below 1 month due to the time constraints Ryan has in order to balance his digital-life with his real-life responsibilities. Deadlines below the minimum are an automatic decline.
Files are sent in 44.1KHz 24bit .WAV file format, Clients may request for an .MP3 file format.
The Mix-Down File or Unmixed Separate Stems Folder will be sent via Google Drive link.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Any use of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning whether that'd be Programs, Tools, or Platforms ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH MY WORK.
